Emerald Book Club Network: Book Club Scam?

I’ve been contacted by Joshua Jehudah, the Founder of Emerald Book Club in the UK, wanting to ‘spotlight’ my book on the Emerald Book Club Network, which is their internal community platforms, reading circles, and digital channels, where members actively discover and discuss new titles. Feature my book in a community Newsletter with a mailing list of 4,000+ active subscribers who opt in for new releases and recommendations. As well as posts across their social pages. The starting cost is $145.

I’ve looked on Google but found very little information. Has anyone heard of the Emerald Book Club?
