Is this a scam?

I think this is a scam, but i’m just double checking. Anyone else experience something like this? I mean, I’ve never written medical or social articles. Kinda strange. She also left a phone number, but I left that out. What’s your take on it?

I would like to enlist your writing expertise to create two short and concise articles on two significant topics. These articles will be used in a career talk session aimed at sensitizing young adults about critical issues affecting today's youth.
