Sage Publishing & Severn House Phishing

Both Sage publishing and Severn House are being used as supposedly sending out emails asking about your book and wanting to discuss your new work. The letters are good, ask for your agent, and to discuss future work. I wonder what they really want? SO mean of them I was nearly taken in by the Sage email but checked the company, no such person.
