TrueOutreach.co Scam?

Received this in my inbox, is it a scam? I don’t know this person.

Hey Meghan,

I build websites for authors and I'm creating something that stays current and secure without all the usual hassle.

I'm inviting a few writers to let me design and build them a website at no cost as part of my testing phase.

Could you share your Amazon Author Page link or pen name? It helps me understand your books before I start building.

Details at authorpage(dot)me.

Best,

Raswant Ravi

If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know. I think I should just delete it as spam. Thanks!
