Fiverr Scam?

I have just received an email from someone claiming they work with Fivver and making an interesting offer.

Another form of scam?

I’m getting at least four a day of the ‘Your book’s brilliant let me PR it!’ so tend to delete every offer! Nearly lost my illustrator’s offer the other day.
