Since we must be paranoid now: respond or not?

My first unsolicited offer for “help” with reviews, tictok, etc. via a DM on Linked In. I about responded “thanks but no thanks” but now am wondering if I should even be polite. Sigh. Pity the real people making cold calls for a living.
